Ving Tsun (pronounced “wing chun”) is a system of kung fu developed in China approximately 400 years ago. Based on kung fu principles the system employs hand and foot techniques, structure, and stepping as an efficient and effective fighting system. Training in Ving Tsun kung fu will increase one’s level of health, vitality and relaxation while simultaneously instilling real world self-defense skills. Because Ving Tsun does not rely on size or strength anyone can become accomplished in its practice regardless of physical build. The efficient nature of the system allows a dedicated individual to become competent in a relatively short period.
